The Brief

Prior to having an online ordering system, AVEG would take customer orders for fruit and vegetable boxes via Facebook or email. This solution was working but as AVEG grew and rapidly acquired more customers, they needed to automate the manual processes of recording and confirming orders, writing order labels and taking customer payments.

Our Solution

After investigating and discussing AVEG's current system with the owners, Indionic identified a number of areas that could be improved, which included:

  • Building an online ordering system that allows customers to easily place and pay for orders online
  • Creating an order management system for AVEG to manage order fulfilment
  • Ability to print custom order labels, saving time and reducing errors
  • Automated customer emails and notification, confirming order details

The result has been a real success for AVEG and their customers, who continue to invest in growing the software capabilities.
